Your order enters the production queue. This is your window to make changes — after 24 hours, custom orders are final.
Hand-painting & build
Your pair is painted and sealed by hand. The longest stage — and the reason each pair is one of one.
Shipped to you
We pack and ship worldwide. You'll get tracking as soon as it's on the way.
Rush delivery ($74) is the only way to guarantee a specific date. It's not cheap, but it's reliable — and we always recommend ordering as far in advance as you can.

Returns — custom shoes
Custom orders can't be refunded after 24 hours and can't be returned once customization begins.
Every order includes one free minimal touch-up after you receive it.
Returns — non-custom
If you receive the completely wrong item, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
Caring for your paint
100% waterproof, dirt-repellent, and fade- & crack-resistant under normal walking conditions.
No warranty for sports or rough use. Painted soles need separate protectors (included free).
