Custom Shoe Orders regularly take 4-16 weeks to fulfil.

Custom sneakers may take longer to receive than your average ecommerce order, but when you are receiving a one of a kind piece of wearable art, it’ll be well worth the wait.

Please be patient and respectful of the procedure if you place an order. Everyone will get their own pair. Every pair is handcrafted by me and only me. •We are proud to have a wait list considered lengthily! We have some of the best, most unique products and some of the most viral custom work out there.

•We have earned a long list of clients, repeat business and new customers daily that we have worked a long time to get. So our wait time has increased as our exposure continues to grow.

•We have orders that are placed via multiple avenues; here, facebook instagram, etc. We have to account for and include all these orders into the same estimated wait time as accurately as possible. This takes time.

  WE ARE NOT ROBOTS OR MACHINES. There is no factory pumping these crazy kicks out 10 at a time. They are hand-painted painstakingly and very tediously by ONE artist, RICHYCUSTOMS.

 This takes time to attempt artistic perfection on each pair. We make videos and imagery that tends to make this all look much easier then it really is. However, do not be mistaken! What you don't see is that 1 minute Instagram video or 10 minute YouTube is really sometimes 10-20 hours of work condensed. Rushing your artist is a NO NO. It will only lead to rushed mistakes. Let him create in peace one time, correctly and you'll get a product that will last a whole lot longer then you waited!

That normally requires a return of your item. Here's how that works… If it is a custom handmade sneaker, absolutely not. No refunds will be given after 24 hours as all base shoes are customized specifically for you and cannot be returned to our suppliers once the process has begun.

You ordered it, so you got it. There is no changing your mind. The policies were presented to you at the time of your order and were made aware of all details relating to custom work. If it is a non-custom item and you have received the completely incorrect item, contact us ASAP.

All shoe creations are %100 water proof, dirt repellent and fade and crack resistant.

 These protections are only applicable under NORMAL walking conditions.

No continued running or exercising. Nor Sporting activities. If you chose to wear your items during said activities you are doing so at your own risk and ”Richy customs” is not liable.

If you mistreat your product or are rough with your shoes they will scuff and deteriorate like normal shoes. So wear them with care like you paid a lot of money for them! They are wearable artworks and should be treated as such. All shoes will come in men / women sizing unless otherwise requested.

Once purchases are made, you may send them in for ONE minimal  touch up for FREE.

Painted soles aka the bottom "the part you walk on" of shoes are not guaranteed to last without a sole protector.
